Free the kids at the Palace

5 April 2012
Kids Go Free

Kensington Palace, 16-24 February, £12 (adults), Free (children 15 and under), 0870 751 5170

If you're worrying about how to keep the children entertained during the half-term week, Kensington Palace may just have the answer.

Over the course of the week, the Royal palace's Kids Go Free initiative will see a wide range of entertaining activities such as storytelling from one of Queen Victoria's servants, fashion illustration workshops and making your very own coronation crown.

On weekdays visitors also get the chance to meet the conservators and discover the creepy crawlies that reside within the famous building.

More information on the daily events can be found at www.hrp.org.uk/KensingtonPalace

To add to this, for every full-price adult meal purchased at the Orangery, you can get a free kids meal.
