You might have plans to go out and about on Bank Holiday Monday – but with the weather being so changeable at the moment (snow, anyone?) you might decide to just stay in and watch a bunch of telly.

If you’ve already caught up with your Netflix queue, we’ve picked out a few TV highlights for you to tune in to.

Posh Neighbours at War

Channel 4, 7.30pm

Channel 4 / Pro Co

London resident Zipporah Lisle Mainwaring hit the headlines last year when she painted large bright red stripes on the front of her Kensington house – sparking controversy with her neighbours.

That’s just one of the cases in Channel 4’s documentary Posh Neighbours at War, about, well, posh neighbours at war with one another.

As with the best Channel 4 documentaries you’ll be amused, baffled, and slightly horrified but you won't want to look away.

Invictus: The Road to the Games

BBC One, 7pm

Invictus: The Road to the Games

It’s nearly time for the Invictus Games to start up in Orlando, Florida – and this timely documentary sees DIY SOS stalwart Nick Knowles meet up with the athletes who are entering the games after life-changing injuries and illnesses.

As well as looking forward to the 2016 competition, the show sees Prince Harry meet up with somec competitors from the London 2014 Games.

The Island with Bear Grylls

Channel 4, 9pm

For those who repeatedly claim that Bear Grylls’ survival shows are all just made-up, have a look at the episode from the current series of The Island which saw a 19-year old contestant fall off a 20-foot cliff onto some rocks and think whether anyone would do that as a set-up.

The latest series of the show has been the most dramatic yet – and with the survivors having to catch a crocodile in the final episode, the ordeal isn’t over yet.
