I'm glad the madness of Six Chair Challenge ended this week because it's starting to become a bit obvious which acts needed to get ahead and which ones were just there warming seats.

Cheryl's Groups category seems properly exciting now but two gospel groups seem a bit too much of the same thing. I think if push came to shove, Cheryl would keep the boys over Silver Tone. Let's hope the boys keep up the good work in Judges Houses.

I thought Simon's Overs category in general was a bit underwhelming, actually. The clear highlight is Jennifer Phillips. She totally had me clapping along at her audition when she did 'Shackles (Praise You)' and tonight she killed it. One of her is better than the five in that gospel girl group.

I think Bupsi is mad fun. She's got such a great energy and she's pretty likeable. We are missing that kind of fun from this year's category. Anton probably needs to blink every now and then but his voice is timeless.

I can't wait for Judges Houses! Never thought I'd say that. Last year, we got to go to Mexico. The weather was lovely but I was just a nervous wreck the whole time I was out there. Looking back, I definitely wished I had allowed myself to relax a little and take in what's around me. I remember thinking over and over, if I get sent home now this is definitely it. There would be no coming back - I'd already done it twice.

I'm lucky that Mel saw something in me to put me through, and will forever be thankful for that experience. Here's to feeling the fear and doing it anyway!
