Katie Price has said she is going to the police over cruel comments about her disabled son Harvey after he was targetted on her eBay listing.

Speaking on Friday’s Loose Women, Price said: “It [the listing] was going up to all these prices and then eBay in Holland took it down because they said they can’t allow all the trolling on the site.

“It was against Harvey. What has Harvey got to do with the car? All this disgusting stuff like 'has he dribbled on the backseat [or] has he licked the windows?' I’m going to the police tomorrow about it.”

The 16-year-old, who she shares with footballer Dwight Yorke, has Prader-Will syndrome. He is also partially blind and is autistic.

Last year, Price set up a petition to make online abuse a crime punishable by the same standards as offline verbal abuse.

The petition quickly garnered public support and Price even presented her case and experiences in front of a select committee, accompanied by her mother Amy.

Earlier this week, MPs pledged to back Price’s campaign and bring Harvey’s Law into action, a move that Price admitted she “couldn’t believe was happening”.

The 40-year-old told the panel: “I cannot believe it’s happened and we won it and that’s called Harvey’s Law. How amazing is that?

“I would say that out of my whole career that, 100 per cent, this is the best thing I’ve ever done. And to make it a law that online abuse will be a criminal offence is just amazing.”

Price added that it had been one of her mum’s “dreams” to see their campaign be made into law before she dies.

Amy, 64, was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2017, a degenerative lung disease. Last year, she was told she may only have a few years to live.

Price decided to flog her famous pink motor after being banned for driving for three months after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance.

But the listing was removed shortly after hitting £66,200, more than a week before it was due to end.
