The Libertines will play in London next week, having announced a one-off gig at Camden’s Electric Ballroom for next Thursday September 10.

The band are playing five intimate shows around the UK to mark the release of their upcoming third studio album 'Anthems For Doomed Youth', which is released on September 11.

The other gigs are in Glasgow, Nottingham, Bristol and Manchester.

Tickets are available as of 10am on Friday September 4: book them now.

Last weekend The Libertines brought Reading Festival to a close, while earlier in the summer they were a surprise act on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage.

Tickets for Mumford & Sons at the O2 are also released today.
