AC/DC will play two massive gigs in the UK next year — including one at the Olympic Stadium.

The Australian rock band will be the first to play at the stadium in Stratford’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park once it completes being reconfigured after the 2012 games.

The gig will take place on June 4 2016, with tickets available here now.

The band’s second UK gig will be at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on June 9 2016.

The two gigs are part of the band’s Rock or Bust World Tour and will follow a number of North American dates kicking off in February. The European section of the tour starts in Portugal in May and ends in Denmark on June 12.

The timing of the tour has sparked rumours that the band could be headlining Glastonbury next year, which kicks off on June 26. Others who are thought to be in the running include Adele, Coldplay and the Foo Fighters.
